Scope of works:  

• Strip down, inspect and clean the burner head.  
• Inspect and test the gas train and ensure that all the necessary safety devices are operating as required. 
• Inspect and clean the combustion air fan unit. 
• Inspect and clean the main process air fan unit.  
• Inspect the overall external condition of the thermal oxidiser (inclusive of insulation hot spots, structural steel work, ducting, dampers and actuators). 
• Inspect the internal condition of the combustion chamber, inclusive of the internal ceramic media, refractory lining and hot gas bypass damper (if required).  
• Inspect the internal condition, the inlet and outlet damper seals and associated mechanical systems.  
• Check and inspect the associated instrumentation (thermocouples, pressure switches and transducers). 
• Check and test the overall control system of the unit and log the necessary operating parameters and information.  
• Recommission the gas burner system and associated gas train.
