For its sixth edition in Normandy, SEPEM Rouen will bring industrial professionals together at Rouen Expo Congrès, in Le Grand-Quevilly. The exhibition connects production sites with suppliers of equipment, services and expertise addressing their production, maintenance, safety and environmental needs. This focus on factory challenges and practical solutions reflects our own approach. Energy optimisation and air pollution control
At Operational, we design thermal engineering solutions tailored to industrial processes. Our work includes the energy optimisation of dryers and processes, examining temperatures, flow rates and air circulation to identify potential improvements.
These parameters also influence the volume of exhaust air requiring treatment. Process energy optimisation and air pollution control should therefore be considered together. We support manufacturers with VOC (volatile organic compound) abatement, odour control, and industrial filtration and dust removal, according to the characteristics of their process exhaust streams.
Recovering heat and maintaining equipment
Heat discharged by a process can also be a valuable resource. Our waste heat recovery solutions aim to reuse this energy elsewhere in the factory. Assessing the available heat sources and potential uses allows us to define a solution suited to the site’s operations.
