Operational Group Obtain TUV Approval for Solvent Monitoring Systems on Dryers and Ovens
Operational Group are pleased to announce the development of the ExSis catalytic and infra–red based solvent monitoring safety systems.
These systems have been evaluated and certified by TÜV Rheinland to meet the requirements of PL d as specified by EN 1539:2015.
Obtaining certification from TÜV Rheinland, a notified body, combined with our process engineering capability within dryer systems, means that we can design, supply, install and maintain solvent monitoring safety systems, fully compliant with the requirements of PL d according to EN ISO 13849-1.
- Printing Presses and Coating machines often evaporate volatile solvents (VOC’s) within their dryers when operating.
- Machine operators are then required to install solvent monitoring safety systems that meet EN1539:2015 standards.
- Operational Group are able to design, install and maintain these systems to this standard ensuring your process complies with regulations and is maintained for a safeguarded future.
Hans van Collenberg, Operational Group says,
“It’s been a great pleasure working alongside TÜV Rheinland. As a group we are excited that we can further support our existing and future customer base. We believe that with the certification of our systems by TÜV Rheinland and our post installation support service, we are able to offer a complete turnkey and subsequent maintenance package which is unrivalled within the market today”.
