Our Benelux office welcomes two new starters

Operational Group is pleased to announce further growth of the Benelux office with two new appointments in 2019.

Joining the team are Kim van den Berg, Project & Customer Service Assistant and Robin Ritterswuerden, Service Engineer.

Kim van den Berg has joined the team as the new project & Customer Service Assistant, based in our Benelux office. Kim is 26 years old and lives in Uden two children and her Husband, who is an International Service Engineer.  In her free time Kim is a secretary general for her local Gymnastics club, and she enjoys going to the gym and making clothes.

Prior to joining Operational, Kim worked as a receptionist and customer service employee, coordinating travel arrangements and managing customer satisfaction.  A keen multi-tasker, Kim enjoys making sure that those around her are free to focus on their roles with her support.   Kim says “The colleagues here at Operational have been absolutely wonderful: with their kindness, help and humour they have managed to make me feel right at home. I’m looking forward to getting to know every customer, every project from survey to maintenance and with that to learn more about our amazing products and services”.

Robin Ritterswuerden, Service Engineer, has recently joined the team and will be based within the Benelux office. Robin is 23 years old and currently lives in Herne, but was originally raised in Dortmund, Germany.

Robin is a fully trained Electrician with multiple years’ experience in electrical and building services.   His previous roles include working as a Service Engineer at Webomatic Maschinenfabrik GmbH, and working for businesses of varying sizes, from small businesses to large multi-national conclomerates.

Robin has also worked for C.Haushahn GmbH, a specialist elevator operation, where he undertook a varied role assembling, testing, and certifying elevators for clients. This experience means Robin is already familiar with the TUV certification standards we use at Operational Group for systems such as our new ExSis flammable gas detection units.
