Returning to Operational UK: Service Manager- Casey Dorgan
After stepping away in 2023 for personal reasons, I’m delighted to return to Operational UK as Service Manager. Having previously worked as an engineer, I’ve remained closely connected to the business and industry over the past two years. This new role allows me to bring fresh focus to the Service and Maintenance side of the business. My priority has been building a strong, capable team, and I’m already seeing fantastic results.
With my experience in this niche industry, I’m excited to lead the department, share knowledge, and ensure we continue to deliver the highest standards.
On a personal level, returning has reminded me how valuable a collaborative and supportive team environment can be. I’m excited to be back and look forward to what we’ll achieve together.
